I consider myself more than a stereotype computer nerd. I am more of a problem solver than a computer tech. I have kept myself well versed in many different aspects of the technical world by diversifying my skills with both support and development. I started in the trenches of desktop support and worked my way up the corporate ladder to management. I have been both a student and a teacher but I appreciate the fact that in this field there will always be something to learn.

"William is more than just the IT guy. His capabilities extend beyond his job description and he is not afraid to jump in and delight his coworkers with a hidden abilities. In addition to keeping fuseproject digitally connected he set up and executed internal photoshoots, tested new software, learned new software on the fly in order to help output press images, etc, etc.. William understands how to get the job done right the first time and will put in the extra time it takes to get it right. I enjoyed working through challenges with William and always knew that he would deliver what he promises."
Bret Recor, Director of Technical Design, fuseproject
"William is a natural born leader. He is a hard working, team oriented man with the highest ethical standards who does not stop until the job is completed. I know William would excel at any task or job he takes on. I have no problem recommending William as a highly professional and proficient colleague."
Richard Halverson, Infantry Soldier/NCO, US Army
